Initial Consultation
60 - 75 minutes - $140
Review and discuss your health assessment form, dietary requirements, main health concerns and health goals. We will also go over macro-education and basic fundamentals for better digestion.
Meal Plan
$110
A customized/personalized 7 day meal plan will be designed for you based on the initial consultation. This will include recipes and a shopping list. An additional personalized cookbook with 50 recipes designed specifically for you will also be included.
Follow Up Consultations

Follow up consultations are designed to keep you on track and ensure we are helping you reach your goals. Added recipes can be given at these times at no extra cost.

It is priced at a discounted rate in order to save you money instead of buying services individually. This program offers 3 consultations with me, a 7 day meal plan, your very own customized cookbook and unlimited recipes. **This needs to be used within an 8 week period.
